  March 5, 2010 - Light salmon colour. Tart, crisp, mineral nose. Reminds me of a white. Citrus, flowers and stone fruit.
  
  Surprisingly sweet (off-dry) on the palate; very smooth with good mouthfeel and weight - not too thin. Some acidity keeps this bright but it's not at all sour or too-dry as many roses are. Maybe a hint of sparkle. Lots of strawberry fruit and and a little peach, which gives way to citrus zest and chalky stone on the reasonably long finish.
  
  I like this style of rosé - light but not too dry or sharp.

  December 1, 2008 - Very pleasant and very reasonably priced Austrian rose, great QPR at this price point but my least favorite of the roses served - enjoyed with Kim, neighborill and spouse Debbie at the Thanksgiving wines wine tasting at the Hickory Wine Shoppe. Fruity nose, very pleasantly dry, thin mouth feel, strong floral flavors, interesting salmon pink color.

  August 25, 2008 - Pale salmon color with mild glints of orange. Slight whiff of grapefruit on the nose and maybe some Romano cheese. Apple and strawberry on the palate. Definite touch of effervescence lends to the charm. Good with food, a little weak on its own (seemed diluted and lacked finish), but with both Coronation Chicken and fish tacos it was nice, with adequate acidity to keep it lively and make its presence known. Smooth mouthfeel. Decent summer quaffer.
