April 5, 2020 - Very impressed with the solid structure and togetherness of the wine. Acid plus made it very food friendly. Medium length and pleasant finish.

February 8, 2018 - Good residual strawberry taste. Light tannins. Medium finish. Opened in about an hour. Screw tops work for at 12 years assuming a good wine for starters.

June 24, 2013 - Ok this goes against traditional wisdom, but we had 1/2 bottle left from last night and drank with a spice rubbed, smoked pork tenderloin and it worked. Good red fruit, strawberry and cherry but with an earthy mushroomie undertone. Good balance. Very nice. Drink now.

June 21, 2013 - A nice wine, that lasted longer than expected. Nose of earth and hard cherry candy. Starts on the pallet with sour cherries and a hint of strawberries. Mid pallet turn to blue berries. Still fresh and fruit forward with bright acidity and smooth light tannins. Medium finish. Drink by 2015.
