  October 19, 2013 - Great sweet chocolatey, coffee red fruits and a lovely lively acidity. Very tasty and still fresh, but arguably on its way out, albeit very slowly. Interestingly only 14%.

  February 15, 2013 - Delicious clean, fresh - genuinely chocolately coffee nose with loads of deep red fruits on the palate. Improved for an hour in the glass and then started to fade away, so definitely for drinking soon. Note - only 14% alcohol - positively lightweight for an Amarone.. !

  March 28, 2005 - This wine has been enjoyed over the last 10 years. It is dark, inky and full of complexity. This last tasting had hints of peaking out, so I am afraid it is time to consume the rest of the lot.
