October 2, 2020 - I was worrying this was past drinking window with no fruits. I'm pleasantly surprised this bottle still show good enough fruits (last bottle was in 2015) - I would say new world palates would find there's not much fruit. If you are used to old world, you'll be fine, but definitely drink up!
April 1, 2019 - Still drinking lovely. Red fruit, currant, tobacco, lead pencil, tobacco and a lovely Bordeaux perfume. Drank well with a slow-roasted, herbal duck.
March 11, 2019 - Drank well. Red fruit, currant, tobacco, lead pencil, tobacco and a lovely Bordeaux perfume. Again we had with roast, herbal chicken and it is a winning wine.

November 13, 2018 - This bottle was superb. Notes of red currant, lead pencil, tobacco and a lovely Fromsac perfume. So elegant with our roast herbal chicken.

September 3, 2018 - Another mediocre cork. I thought this would be undrinkable but it was simply unmemorable. Better with roast chicken but behind the other bottles. No score. These are from Wine Connection, for $12.41 / bottle.
April 17, 2018 - Red fruit, tobacco, lovely perfume and some herbs. The cork looked questionable but the wine drank a la pointe. Superb with our roast herbal chicken. Great buy for $12.41 / bottle back in 2010.
March 4, 2018 - This wine seemed to have a cork issue and was a little off, so I won’t score it. It was a little vegetal -especially in the opening - with notes of herbs, thyme, sage and pine needles. It did blow off with some time, and was much better with food -especially our roast herbal chicken wih thyme, sage and rosemary. (Roast chicken is the best pairing for this wine, to me).
I think it was just a bottle issue, as the cork seemd to have lost part of its seal. Will try another bottle soon.
July 17, 2016 - Bit of funk on open, but it fades in about fifteen minutes; cherry, graphite, bit of leather. Medium bodied, some bright fruit, but lots of earthy, woody elements. Medium-low tannin, medium acid. Slightly bitter finish. Good.
March 1, 2016 - Graphite, wood, earth, a bit of bitterness on the finish. Very old school. Nice structure. Improves with several hours of air.
