    January 25, 2018 - A second wine from a weak year, definitely won't improve, but pleasant enough, displays all the basic requisites, with a touch of spice. Very drinkable.

    February 26, 2017 - - Brick color with slow forming legs and aromas of raisin. It's in total harmony and has flavours of black pepper with a medium/full body. Leathery texture with a long finish.

    Had a bottle of this a year or so ago.
    Remember that I had the same impression back then.
    A bit too fruit driven maybe, missing the spine and finesse, but for the price a fine specimen, and enjoyable.
    Ready to go.

    September 14, 2014 - No detailed tasting note. But big, savoury and still good fruit. Give the last bottle another three years or so.

    May 3, 2014 - Dark crimson, bright. On the nose brooding dark fruits, hints of sour (green?) pepper. Lively, peppery mouthful of black fruits. Medium-bodied. Interesting dry-sour-spring finish with good fruit and vine leaves. Next night: black fruit more prominent.
