August 7, 2011 - Tasted a 2010 at the store and remembered this 2003 in the back of the cellar. Given the drinking window is really short, I had low expectations. While it wasn't as crisp as the fresh bottle, it was still drinkable. A very dry but robust white. Went well with fresh garden salsa.

May 1, 2005 - Pale straw fading to almost colorless. Nice nose, with flowers, minerals, and some richer notes - M says chocolate covered cherries, almost smells sparkling. Crisp, very refreshing, but with nice rounder flavors of pear, pineapple, and peach, maybe a touch of green apple. Eric Solomon imports. Very good to excellent.
