Community Tasting Notes 2

September 26, 2010 - Interesting white blend, well made with a deft balance. I think this is starting to move slightly beyond its prime drinking window, but I'll check my other bottle in a year or so to confirm. Citrus, honeysuckle blossoms and tropical fruits - but beginning to be overpowered by a burnished, spicy and exotic blend of hazelnut-toffee-oak flavors. Reminded me of a Beringer Alluvium Blanc, but perhaps with more finesse and polish.

July 16, 2008 - Lacks acid... Really nice flavors and aromas but a little to fat in the mouth.. The acid boost would totally make this a much better wine.
