August 27, 2023 - Unlike other tasters I get no brett , I get a little burgundy earthy forest floor, but that’s it. I absolutely love brett and would love for this wine to have it but it doesn’t, in my opinion. Tight aromatic’s at first, but then it opened up to some nice a Burgundian bouquet. Drinking well for the 2005 vintage. Purchased at the winery and cold cellared since.

March 14, 2023 - Just singing at this point. Opened up and on its full, lovely display after about hour. Delightful village Burgundy.

August 21, 2015 - I am no Burgundy expert, but I enjoyed this wine. Lots of "Burgundy Funk" on the nose initially. With some time, this came together a bit more. I will wait another 4 or 5 years fore I drink my next bottle to see how this comes together.

December 31, 2014 - Much more closed and unwilling to play ball than the bottle enjoyed in September- disappointing; this needed more time.

September 22, 2014 - Lovely nose of rich mature pinot, dark cherry and red currant, notes of earthy minerals; silky and smooth, good balance - well done Vincent this is drinking beautifully now. Good core of rich fruit. Excellent - very pleased I cellared this!

September 2, 2011 - A little light and simple, lots of brett and good cooked red fruit tones. This is hitting its peak right now as it's showing some subtle oxidized fruit notes and is already fading on the palate somewhat. Good everyday Burg if it were $10 cheaper, but it fails to impress like other Rapet offerings have in the past.

September 24, 2010 - after a short while in the cellar this is good burgundian juice again, seems there`s something about that travel shock effect. .
