January 14, 2022 - Still quite dark red. Thrown a lot of crust so needed decanting. I was expecting a rustic Grenache based wine. What I got was much more sophisticated. Lovely complex plum, earthy meaty flavours ( think top quality Shiraz), with lovely balance and great length. Still has a lot of life in it so would be happy to see another bottle on its 25th birthday.
