May 6, 2023 - Pretty much a text book Rutherford cabernet with great dark cherry, blackberry, tobacco, dust and some cedar spice. Pretty and polished edges and a finesse that is often missing in wines these days. Another great old staglin wine.

October 3, 2020 - Nose: Sweet red fruit with slight carmel/roasted edges. Sweet nutmeg / spice and eucalyptus notes accent. Palate: Silky, resolved red fruit and waves of tobacco, Rutherford dust and spice. In its prime. Finish: Long sweet finish with powdery tannins
