Community Tasting Notes 3

February 12, 2011 - Very complex nose with almond, very ripe pear, biscotti, apple cider, and something that reminds me of a swimming pool. Like walking into the swimming pool area of a hotel. Really good acidity, super soft on the palate. Very full flavor. Long somewhat tart finish.

May 3, 2008 - Golden, well-developed vintage champagne. Honeyed, toasty, stewed apples and hazelnuts on palate. Very rich and delicious!
