June 21, 2009 - Rosé - Rosé - Rosé for the first day of summer. Not much on the nose. Wonderful strawberry -- sort of like bubble gum but not sweet. Great mouthfeel, long finish for a Rosé, and very well balanced. Just a hint of sweet on the tip of the tongue. Let this one open up and not too chilled.

April 12, 2009 - no formal note on this. Opened as a starter on Easter. Everyone loved it. This is a reason to drink rose. Nice strawberry and watermelon with great balance. Smooth as silk.

June 10, 2008 - Oh yes, THIS is summertime wine. Give it about 15 minutes of air -- a few degrees above fridge temp is when it's at its best. This is light strawberry, a bit more watermelon, followed by a bunch of apple core. So crisp and clean, simply wonderful for this hot hot heat. I'll savor this all summer long.
