  January 22, 2009 - Dark ruby red. Nose of dust, oak, maricino cherry, and earth. Well structured wine with well balanced acidity, hint of dark black cherry fruit, and a long very dry finish enveloped with firm bitter tannins and a hint of greenness. Overall, your basic table wine better served with food. (C).

  January 2, 2009 - Opaque, dark inky garnet. Balsam fir, acetone, black cherries on the nose, well balanced and full in the mouth, although there are some tannins that need to be tamed, closing down the full flavor before it can develop. I would wait another year or two at least before opening another bottle. Very good.

  June 2, 2008 - The nose was a veritable garden, redolent of gardenias and roses, with plums and bing cherries. On the palate fruit (blackberries, cherries), flrals, some leather and creme broulet, changing in waves. This was a good wine, with a GREAT QPR.
