    April 24, 2011 - KYD #1.0 - Replacement: A lot of yeast and bread on the nose but also some cherry notes and a little almonds. Shifts into red currants with a little air.
    Insanely young on the palate with an almost crazy acidity. Filled with red currants and freshly baked bread. Slightly bitter in the aftertaste with a little candied apple to it..
    I just loved this wine due to its personality!!
