  July 31, 2021 - (Disgorged in 2001, 100% Chardonnay from Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Le Mesnil sur Oger and Oger, dosage 7 gr/l)
  Lovely golden yellow colour with a fine stream of bubbles in the glass. Maturing nose showing butterscotch, vanilla, citrus flower and a touch of saffron and honey in a delicious way. Palate still showing lots of acidity with red apples, some herbs and with a nice buttery note and a lime zest bitterness on the lengthy finish. This is just delicious right now!

  November 7, 2020 - Lager colored. Still some fine bubbles. Brioche, cream, toasted apples and some fresh citrus. Still giving pleasure.

  December 31, 2009 - Pale gold color. Notes of roasted nuts, brioche, apple and baked pear. This has a very fine bead and nice texture. A bit creamy, with cashew butter, baked apple and bread tones on the palate. Gorgeous finish, with a subtle floral quality.
