  November 12, 2021 - Dark ruby color. Nose of briary fruits, some pencil, some brett. Flat palate lacking fruit. Not flawed just flat with mineral, some smoke, cigar box. Fairly aggressive tannins. Not balanced. Disappointed.

  Teinte évoluée, opaque, dense, acajou
  Nez de terre
  Tanins encore assez imposant pour cette bouteille de 15 ans. Bien sûr, ils se sont arrondis mais ils demeurent bien présents. Je n’ai pas bu ce 2005 depuis 10 ans déjà et je peux dire qu’il s’est bien amélioré. Un plaisir pour les papilles et tout est en équilibre.
  À l’aveugle, je l’aurais facilement confondu avec un vin italien.

  February 19, 2019 - Fruit starting to fade, hints of blueberry and plum, a little evergreen and forest, short finish at this stage.

  September 28, 2017 - Earthy tones with a bit of cherry on the nose. Slightly past peak and losing it's fruit. Woody flavors - Cedar, cigar box, box. Still very good, but it is time to drink up.
