January 19, 2019 - No formal notes, but cellaring this for a couple of years seems to have done this well. I could be making this up, but feels more integrated and harmonious than I remember other bottles from this case at the expense of a bit of energy. Seems like a worthwhile trade off in this case.
October 3, 2018 - This is a good Brut Rosé. Very straightforward but enjoyable with its yeasty notes.
May 17, 2016 - Pink in color, small persistent bubbles, yeasty nose, strawberries, medium plus acid with good length on the finish. Clean and crisp wine, not overly complex, but well made wine. Drink now.

January 7, 2013 - Light pink. Very elegant wine. Precise, pure and transparent. Chalky minerals mixed with crisp, juicy fruit. Fresh and delightful. Excellent rose.

January 15, 2011 - Disg 7/16/2008 Another great bottle: fairly dry but not lean, there is a nice richness to it that gives it a very round mouth feel but that Avize steeliness is here on the spine . Copper colored with a nice hint of dried cranberry on the robe with whiffs of lemon zest and buttery brioche . At a good place right now. Killer for appetizers or as a starter...
