November 1, 2009 - a lot if tannin still, maybe wait another 2-3 years. Overall not a bad wine

October 12, 2009 - Note of menthol, plums, and typical Chilean Carmanerre (interesting, since this was almost exclusively cabernet). Flavors of cigar box, plums, strawberries, chocolate, with an unpleasant menthol note. Pop and pour bottle. The unpleasant notes may have mellowed with some time, but I couldn't get over the menthol. Besides that, the balance was great, the nose was inviting, and the taste was unmistakably Chilean.

July 22, 2008 - This started out quite poorly, with notes of cedar, cigar box, dust, etc. on the on set, however it definitely grew better as it progressed - Very dark, concentrated, notes of black fruit, dust, cedar, cigar box, chocolate and vanilla on the nose, increasingly complex/structured as it evolved, strong tannins on the mid palate, with a slightly dry, bitter finish with medium length (86 Points).
