April 26, 2020 - Beautiful, complex orange blossom nose. Medium-full body with some sweetness, candied orange slice flavors, good acid/sugar balance, although on the sweeter side of Kabinett. Cellared since original release.

Residual sugar is largely resolved and the remaining sweetness nicely complements the sizzling thread of pure, understated Ruwer acidity, without the excessive exuberance of a spätlese or the excessive refinement of an Auslese. Lovely and versatile as either an aperitif or with food, zugleich. Prost!
