Community Tasting Notes 1

June 25, 2008 - bright pink wine with good concentration and med body (it is in no way Oeil de Perdrix colored nor is it Pinot Noir Blanc as advertised). Strawberry/cherry fruit with a little spice balanced with nice tangy acidity. Perfectly decent summer rose but nothing at all special beyond the Barbie inspired packaging. As with most roses it would work amicably with salads, fish and chicken. There is more interesting and cheaper stuff from France, Spain and Italy for less $. 1G
