April 16, 2012 - Big, bright fruits - mostly red. Medium body and a really nice finish. Very well balanced right now, with no raisins or port-like characteristics. Still has adequate tannins, but I suspect it's about at its peak right now.

January 2, 2012 - Big full bodied Russian River zin, great nose with some floral notes. Lots of dark fruit and a long finish. We opened it up several hours in advance and enjoyed it with a hearty beef burgundy.
