  December 9, 2010 - Perfectly serviceable zinfandel. Not overly complex or fussy, with some fruit upfront and a mild amount of alcohol and tannin. Definitely an everyday wine rather than something to save for later.

  June 17, 2010 - Jammy, dark berries on the nose with a hint of topsoil. Initial attack of jammy fruit followed by moderate tannins and a medium length peppery finish. Not overly complex, but would be great with grilled food and is very easy to drink, and I don't see any of the negative characteristics described by others here.

Was it spectacular, no, not really but it certainly was not 75-79 point range. Perhaps they are bad off bottles here and there? Served at a birthday party and everyone enjoyed this wine.
