May 5, 2016 - After holding this for a number of years, I decided to have it with a grilled Porterhouse. It was perfect.
A wonderful nose of black fruit and spice, it was just a touch tight upon opening. After 30 minutes, it was delicious. After an hour - as smooth as glass. Definitely ready to drink. -
