August 24, 2010 - Fairly light straw yellow in color. The nose features subtle aromas of pear, apple, grapefruit, and orange blossom, with a hint of salty minerals. There is good fruit on the palate; however, it lacks concentration and richness. This Pinot Gris expresses its clean, pure character well with a short medium finish.
June 26, 2010 - A very drinkable summer wine, though not particularly memorable. A honey & citrus taste, but with good acidity that makes the wine balanced. It's been a while since having it, but the 2008 vintage seemed a bit bolder (and better) than this one.
May 23, 2010 - From 375ml.Went well at home on the deck with Med. Salad w/tuna + anchovies. Mineral nose and pale yellow in the glass. Gulpable palate of lemon, crushed stones and a hint of apple. Nice food wine with a good QPR. Far better than I expected.
May 10, 2010 - We really enjoyed this wine on the porch last night! Very rich texture, but light and lemony. Perfect with fish or just sipping by itself.
March 10, 2010 - Nice clear color, pretty, clean, bright nose with a bright, sharp clean taste.
February 16, 2010 - Was very disapointed with this wine. I have read many great things and maybe was just expecting too much. I think you can find many greater value Pinot Gris coming out of Oregon
January 25, 2010 - Color - light, pale straw. Grapefruit and minerals. A bit acidic, but not over the top - skieser hit it on the head when comparing it to the Nobilo Sauv Blanc. Amazingly food friendly!
January 21, 2010 - Wonderful Pinot Gris from Willamette Valley Oregon producer that turns out consistently good wines of this varietal.Crisp fruit, good tang, citrus, and nice floral note. An all around wonderful wine.
December 24, 2009 - Very pleasing nose of light fruit and minerals. Soft tropical notes with a bit of pear.
December 10, 2009 - The nose is a little tight . . . apples and peach. It did open up some after being in the glass for a while. Flavors of melon and apple, a little chalk, too. Light and crisp, easy to drink. Salud!
