February 15, 2020 - This is a relatively consistent Pinot. Very Good, never moving above that. If looking for more information, look up some of my previous reviews.

July 14, 2018 - Fairly dark reddish ruby/orange color. Nose is forest floor, menthol and faint spice. It’s better on the palate: Cranberry, some cherry, soy and earth that expresses fruity. Enjoyable but missing something to kick it to the next level. I think I liked this better than my last bottle in 2016, though scored the same. Very Good to Excellent.

November 2, 2016 - I so badly wanted to score this other than 89 - my last 4 or 5 notes I've scored at exactly that - and the the nose on this indicated something nicer. But on the palate it seemed a little rougher expected for a Gevrey. Some spice mixed with rough tannin. Frenchy got it right with his note about hollow mid-palate. Maybe a little more rest will allow it to lace together? Very Good to Excellent.

February 5, 2014 - Good deal at $18 including shipping. A little too much barnyardy funk, a little too much cherry kool-aid flavor. Other than that, nice minerality, earth, and a reasonably long finish. This held up well for 4 days under argon, becoming slightly funkier with time.

July 18, 2013 - The nose screams Burgundy - what CA Pinot (which I do love) just can't emulate - but there's a bit of a hollowness in this wine's mouthfeel, and I think it is likely due to a light TCA flaw (light now...worse later). Still quite enjoyable, and has a finish that goes on indefinitely, so it seems.
