March 31, 2024 - Direkter Vergleich Schäfer Fröhlich Halenberg 2007
Im direkten Vergleich ist der ES Halenberg etwas tiefgründiger. Die Nase zurück haltender, der Gaumen ausgewogener. Schiefer ist besser integriert und die Tiefe klassischer in der Länge, was für mich die ganz großen Weine ausmacht. 3/4 fanden diese Flasche im Vergleich besser. Beide zweifelsfrei hohes Niveau, aber der ES Halenberg 2007 performt etwas deeper und zugänglicher.1 person found this helpful Comment -

August 29, 2020 - This was singing tonight! I would not wait any longer, in fact I even might have preferred this 2 or 3 years ago for my subjective taste, but this is still in remarkable shape and a special experience for any riesling lover.

August 29, 2020 - Prövade helblint. Kopplar direkt doften till riesling, lite petroleum, persika och andra stenfrukter, honung. Smaken fortsätter dra mig till riesling, viss sötma finns men inte kabinett. Lite syra och känns som den har en del ålder? Precis såhär ska en riesling smaka, smakexplosion som sitter kvar i munnen i evigheter. Gissade tysk Riesling med uppemot 15-20 år
