July 5, 2018 - Good bottle good drink. Enjoyable, but probably peaked 3-4yrs ago. Stored at 55. However, this reminded me that I really enjoy ripe picked CabFranc, Merlot or any number of the blends. Owen Roe out of Washington does some especially well. Popped/poured after fridged to around 50 degrees to show its fruit characteristics. I initially thought it might have died from neglect or forgetfulness in my cellar but after 30-45 minutes after opening it started talking and I liked what I heard. Dark, medium bodied+ noticeable ripe juicy red plums, blackberries and subtle notes of cassis, you might think this is a cabernet. I'll have to find a 2014 and taste for myself what all the fuss is about.

February 24, 2018 - Nice wines though I might have waited to long to drink it. It was definitely past its prime. Good overall though

April 21, 2017 - OMG, this wine is at its peak and has the acidity to stay there for the next several years. Savory sage and cherries, mellow tannins, and a long finish. Beautiful bottle.
