April 11, 2019 - Third time with this bottle over three years, each excellent. A little amber on the edge. Good fruit and fine tannins. Took on more weight after two hours. Still a ways to go.

    April 21, 2018 - FWE gala. Enjoyable.

May 15, 2017 - Ripe red fruit, surprisingly dense considering its age. Ample savory noted and Forrest underbrush development. Tannins agree with the fruit, plush and not showing signs of drying out yet. A rare 50yr old wine that still could develop for a few more years

October 12, 2008 - Red fruit, minerals, earth. Soft and pleasant, held up in the glass well, but this wine should be drunk sooner than later. B
