March 31, 2024 - Wife made a nice lamb stew, from the Silver Palate, found one last bottle. Cork came out nicely, opened an hour before serving. Really nice, no issues, drinking well, the previous bottle a while back was corked. An excellent last bottle! Lots of sediment, fine. Yum.
