May 14, 2017 - Opened 2 hours before pouring. Nice smooth silky feel with hints of cherry. Wine has reached peak but is still a nice one.

July 15, 2009 - 100 percent Sangiovese here and a classic representative Brunello. '03 was not the year for Brunello that '01 was before it, but it was still pretty solid showing excellent fruit and structure. As with many Brunellos that tend to be a bit austere when young, this should benefit with a bit of cellaring.
