April 2, 2013 - Not fair to give this a numerical rating, as it's definitely past its prime. My own fault; this got lost in the cellar. That being said, it was an enjoyable bottle for what it was. After Day 1, though, it was pretty much totally done.
June 16, 2011 - Should have opened ist sooner.
December 4, 2010 - Very tight. Needed some aeration. Once it opened up, great fruit balance and good body. Would purchase again.
December 25, 2009 - Earthy, good terroir. Dark fruit
August 12, 2009 - Fantastic. Great dark fruit. Full and luscious, with enough tannin so it isn't flabby.
April 30, 2009 - Nice flavors of cherry and cinnamon. Nose had a bit of oak and vanilla. Went down easy. Would purchase again.
April 1, 2009 - Perfect bottle of wine for when you just need to grab something out of the cellar. Nose of cherry, cranberry and spicy oak. More red fruit flavors on the palate. Finish was short but clean. Would purchase again.
January 20, 2009 - Just a hint of buttered roasted corn on the nose, which is an element I find in Tim's wines. Simple yet bright fruits on the nose. Flavors were very nice with lots of red fruits. Weight on the palate is a little light, though not unexpected at this price level. Really great mid week bottle of wine. Would purchase again.
October 7, 2008 - Nice, easy drinking mid week wine. Solid fruit forward aromas and flavors. light on the tannins. Goes down nice and smoothe. Would purchase again.
August 16, 2008 - Nice bottle of wine for what it is. Needed a drink last night and pretty much pounded the bottle. Sweet fruit and lots of toasty oak on the nose and palate. Would purchase again.
