March 28, 2023 - Pop and pour. Age has given the dark, intense flavors a bit of subtlety, resulting in a delicious experience. I don't think there's any reason to age further, showing well.

February 2, 2021 - Decanted three hours. Intense black fruit still lively with notes of anise and Italian herbs. Long finish of smoky earth. These are exceptional Washington Syrahs that aren't for everybody but hedonists will love them. Balance? Who cares? Give me passion and lust and whatever other deadly sins you can conjure. First of three bottles bought at auction. Plenty of life left.

September 6, 2020 - Drinking beautiful right now. The fruit is still powerful but love the balance in mouth. Tasted over a 24 hrs period.
