June 1, 2010 - Golden hue with a tinge of brown, hinting at the oak involvement. Some butter and oak notes, but minerality is also evident. A good "cross-over" Chard for both oak and stainless proponents. Not overly creamy, a plus in my book.

April 3, 2010 - Wow, tropical flavors but really nice balance...never have I noticed such pronounced coconut in a chardonnay. Really delicious and complex. You could spend a lot of time dissecting this wine but its so delicious that it's nice to just experience it as a whole. Definitely an outlier stylistically, but I loved it for its hedonism.

November 28, 2009 - Rich, golden yellow in color. Lemon cream, oak and nuttiness on the nose. Big flavor profilewith a rich and full-bodied palate. Tasted almost over-oaked with high alcohol content. Really big chardonnay, mouthfilling with long finish.

August 27, 2009 - Shows a ripe character with butterscotch and caramel notes but no signs of vanilla or woody oak. Big Cali expressive palate with more ripe notes and some apple like expression. A bigger forward styled Chard to be sure but without the roundness and vanilla so prevalent in many of the type.

April 16, 2009 - Pale, clear color with hints of yellow and green. Oaky, citrus and nuttiness on the nose followed by flavors of almond, peach pits and lemon. I used some to make popcorn cauliflower and after a day of being opened this Chardonnay really shined.

February 23, 2009 - Pale yellow in color. Citrus, nutty and some petrol on the nose. Mainly citrus flavors with some nuttiness- maybe almond or peach pit notes. Just a pleasure to enjoy a commercially unavalable wine that was a gift from Brian.
