November 3, 2012 - Elegant. Rich strawberry over herbs and tobacco and very silky. Compared well with a Lopez de Herredia 2000 I had several nights ago.

May 24, 2010 - This local winery with its tasting room in the old Voorhies Mansion. I tasted this well aged Tempranillo on Saturday between the morning 18 and the late afternoon round. I brought home 2 bottles so here it goes. A dark ruby full bodied red, a perfume nose, raspberry, raisin. The taste is sweet berry fruit with tannin long finish. 91, its ready now

February 10, 2010 - Great little wine -- I'll pile on with the comments of black raspberry, some vanilla, great spiciness and a fabulous finish...I also noticed a bit of dark minerality to it, too. 90 pts.

October 7, 2009 - Nice rich, dark color. Nose is light and a bit smokey. Good balanced flavor of raspberry, light vanilla, and currants. Great long, spicy finish. Wish I had more in stock.
