November 10, 2012 - See my rating of the 1997 Limited Reserve. Exactly the same, but a lighter body, and a slightly lighter nose. Neither in a bad way. THis should be consumed now if you have any. It's not going to get better. Very nice wine.

June 21, 2011 - Wine was in excellent shape... just a little browning around the edges... classic Napa nose has an elegant blend of dark currant fruits and cedar. Palate is medium to full bodied with some secondary, earthy flavors build in... nice, lingering finish.

February 13, 2010 - This one surprised me because I found it better than the ratings. Garnet in color, faint cherry on the nose. It was flat before aeration. After frothing it up a bit it came alive. Enough tannin to add some structure. A little heavy on the acidity. Still some fruit. I drank this with baked marinated salmon, and then later on its own. It was grossly overpriced. I'm enjoying it, anyway.

June 7, 2009 - Holding on nicely. Good fruit left and still some grip. A pleasant surprise.

February 12, 2006 - Solid cab but doesn't clearly outshine the regular bottling.
