  January 5, 2012 - This has really involved into something. First had this circa 2008. It still shows great red fruit, almost cotton candy like. But now has deep earthy flavors of mushroom and cow pasture. Soft mouthfeel, but has a creamy factor to it. Tannin structure is still here and this could probably go at least another 3-4 years. I had no idea this bottle would be this good.

  March 6, 2011 - Well balanced aromas of cocoa, dark fruits, and a little spicy oak. Full bodied flavors without tasting fake or manufactured. Dry, chalky, and sweet tannins on the finish.

  October 19, 2010 - Ok this wine has a long ways to go. Smoke smoke smoke and more smoke. A perfect follow to a delicious earthy grilled pork tenderloin. If ever there was a wine screaming for something grilled this is it.
