August 24, 2019 - A nice well aged, easy drinking syrah - these are in a nice drinking window but show no signs of near term decline. Dark fruited, with some earthy notes and a bit of savoriness - tannins are smooth. Tasty and ready to go.

April 29, 2018 - Outstanding wine. Tart berry aroma, with some vanilla. Just the right amount of acidity for my taste. Medium finish. Flavors of tart berry, cranberry, cola, and a faint hint of licorice.

December 10, 2017 - Concur with other notes here. Not too tannic, smooth mouthfeel, not heavy or syrupy. Grilled meat, blueberries, chocolate aromas on the nose. Finish was a tiny bit hot, but otherwise really good. Drinking very well now

March 7, 2017 - Rich but not at all cloying, smooth and delicious. Sweet blue and black fruit, glycerin, with some leather and spice. Excellent bottle and still with life. I have one more bottle and we'll wait to try it.
