April 1, 2020 - Straw color but still fresh. Not as aromatic but still good.
January 15, 2015 - these do drink better with some age.
September 7, 2013 - A solid expression of the grape but I would expect more at this price level..
January 22, 2013 - still nuts crazy good; love it; drinking well still
July 26, 2012 - Very good white. A bit high priced but nice fruit without the oak. Drank in USVI.
April 18, 2012 - The best California Viognier I have ever had.
April 5, 2012 - Dark yellow color. Fat yellow plum, overripe pear, butter, flowery perfume and a note of licorice root. Intense, concentrated and fat viscosity on the palate, with loads of ripe yellow fruits and a buttery midpalate and finish. Great length with some alcohol on the finish.
February 11, 2012 - opposite of elegant, but amazing nose. not my style.
January 16, 2012 - Alban Vineyards Tasting 1993-2009 (Buzzini House): I've had this wine numerous times recently....this bottle was a little more richer than I remember....vanilla creme, tropicals, honeysuckle, marshmallow, some heat showing. Not as much match strike as I usually get. The '09 Central Coast bested this.
November 7, 2011 - Still drinking well. Lots of tropical fruit and very unlike chardonnay (a big plus in my book.) Will keep buying so I can get the Reva.
