February 12, 2023 - Filll was HS. Decanted 2 hrs. This bottle was great. The nose boasted spices, tobacco, underbrush, sweet cherry, wood. The tannins were silky, texture of the wine was voluptuous and the finish very long. Outstanding.

December 11, 2021 - High shoulder with a thick plug of mold on the top of the cork. Rich, almost fudgy, slight mint, forestal, some tobacco and maybe even eucalyptus. Broad and giving in a slightly oxidized kind of way.

January 26, 2020 - This bottle was not as good as previous ones. Fill was HS, the nose predominantly earth, wet leaves, spices. Still nice mouthfeel with some sweetness, smooth tannins, but somewhat dried out. Medium length.

January 1, 2015 - Attractive and charming sweet and mature nose with forest floor, truffles, cigarbox. The palate is extremely balanced and intense, tannins maximally silky and smooth.
    Couldn't get better. Really extraordinary.
