December 30, 2021 - Decanted thru screen because the cork broke. No detailed notes. Dark, opaque. Medium-plus body. Dark fruit plus maybe tart cherry. Smooth. Glad I waited 15 years.

April 4, 2021 - Opened by accident, but what a wonderful accident! Black cherries with very light pepper and silken tannins. Like nearly every Carlisle bottle I've opened, body and mouthfeel that compliment the flavors. There is a lot of life left in this wine.
