October 31, 2020 - This rose is becoming one of our favorites, lots of lively bubbles with just the right balance of red berries, lemon peel, toast and slight hint of anise. On the pallet the bubbles were soft and refined with a touch of acidity to give it a boost of zip begging for another sip. Bottle was gone way too fast. I highly recommend this producer.
