February 6, 2023 - After the flawed bottle of this same wine I had yesterday, I had to try another. This bottle was fabulous with enduring fruit and great structure.
I typically decant most of my wines but opted against due to age, year and the previous flawed bottle. This turned out correct. After two hours, the wine started to fade. This wine is peaking with no upside of further cellaring. Enjoy it soon. -

January 18, 2023 - Another tremendous bottle of '03 Jadot. Gorgeous nose of meaty, spicy, black cherry. Excellent concentration of ripe fruit and freshness to provide length and lift. Holding strong in a long peak window.

September 30, 2022 - Just terrific. Plenty of candied strawberry acidity, smooth melded tannins, and length. On of the better burgundies I’ve had. Ready to drink. Decant not necessary.
