December 24, 2023 - A fresh yellow greenish color and the wine is like that, less advanced compared to the perfect last one: Iodine, sea breeze, citrus, nearly a youngster. Excellent, unfortunately my last one.

Perfectly composed in the mouth, with mouth-coating weight and body but still plenty of acidity. Flavors are citrus and ginger, dry and very long. November 3, 2023 - This was beautiful. I don't know that Chablis could be better. It was mature but fresh. Lemon, brine and caramel. Over time brighter tropical fruits emerged. At its peak and delish!

October 20, 2023 - This bottle was showing way more expressive than my previous of the same vintage. Drinking well at its peak, notes of caramel, honey, lemon tart, apples, really precise and saline on the palate. Classic Chablis at its very best.

October 6, 2023 - Clean yellow color, iodine on the nose and in the mouth, pure with lemon and a high chalky dry extract. Some oily stuff (just a little), which will increase on time, I think. Excellent!
