November 11, 2019 - Took a few minutes to settle down. Clean sharp acidity on the finish. Enough fruit notes at tip to make it interesting. Excellent food wine.

September 26, 2016 - Decanted for 90 minutes. Served blind, but immediately recognizable as Chablis. Pretty yellow in color, with lemon and cantaloupe on the nose and palate. Great mouth feel. Crisp acidity along with crushed minerals. There is just a certain purity about this wine.

November 13, 2015 - Light yellow green. Alluring saline, lime aromas. Light weight, pure green citrus and herb, mineral, fine acidity. Excellent and fresh.

December 1, 2014 - Nose of lemon zest, butter, and seawater, with a hint of cream cheese. Soft, buttery mouthfeel balanced by zesty acidity. Flavours of whipper butter, cream, mineral water, lemon slices, and oyster shell.

August 3, 2014 - Eye. Light medium dark yellow. Evolution noted.
    Nose.
Green apples, pineapple little fruity more than usual Chablis. Disappoint ending in term of mineral aspects. Expected more rocky, fresh mineral ascents.

Mouth: fresh green cĂtric, not much minerality. Evolution noted on acidity and long finish.

Pairs food buscando be drank alone with cheeses.

June 4, 2014 - Light yellow. Sprightly nose of lemon peel. Light weight, tart, full of salinity and sour citrus. Proper, young Premier Cru.

September 4, 2011 - Fine, but not that interesting for me. Mid weight on the palate. Some chalk, lemon and minerals, but not much excitement. Not much change over an couple of hours.

January 14, 2011 - Lemony gold colour. Nose of gunflint and hand-crushed young lemon. Palate hits you with a razor-sharp citrus bite followed by sharp fresh nettles, lots of lime peel and some other greener, sharper acidic fruit. Salt petre on the finish. Some length. Really crisp and alive. Perfect as an aperitif over a Friday lunch with Runny and Greg at Cipriani in Hong Kong. This also matched perfectly with my Spagetti Vongole starter. Really enjoyable and good value by CBD restaurant standards at US$80.
