Community Tasting Notes 2

April 5, 2009 - Wow - this was some fantastic stuff. Had this with a filet mignon and began decanting about an hour before dinner and it seemed to improve throughout the meal. Big mouth-filling Napa Cab... long finish, beautiful color. Although it seems like it would hold longer than that, I will probably plan on drinking the full case within the next three to five years or so just so I don't miss out on this one's huge fruit.

March 1, 2009 - This has the most potential of the 3 tasted last night. More fruit, more complexity and more approachable but still with a way to go.
