April 25, 2013 - No formal notes. Wonderful wine, although this my least favorite vintage of those I've tried ('07 much more angular and precise). Nice floral scents and minerality, perhaps a little flabby, but I'm an acid freak.
April 18, 2010 - tremendous. not sure i get the ricola or the Olba nose stick in it, but i'll definitely get more
April 10, 2010 - I wouldn't have guessed Gringet. I couldn't have, since I've never heard of that varietal.
Golden yellow, colored like a mature white burgundy, but no signs of oxidation. Nose and palate show white fruit, esp. pears, as well as some citrus and floral notes. Rimmerman likened its minerality to a Grand Cru Chablis, but that where the similarity ends. Dry but seems sweet on the mid-palate, much less angular than Chablis. I found the palate more Meursault-like. Well worth the sub-$30 price tag.
August 28, 2009 - I think a bit over rated. Good minerality. Finish doesn't seem balanced to me. Same the next day.
August 22, 2009 - A total winner; v. v. good wine -- wonderful minerality on the finish, amazingly complex mid-palate; a stunner, worth the tariff
June 22, 2009 - really great, very light and ethereal....
March 21, 2009 - Faint nose; flowers & minerality; nuanced, sexy, restrained wine; delicious, but QPR is the issue...
March 17, 2009 - elegant NAILS it. light. floral - so freaking delicious - wow. loved it. would buy more. will love drinking the rest this summer.
February 16, 2009 - Flower glacier water. Concentrated but oh so elegant. Impressive length too. Damn.
December 20, 2008 - Great discovery. Very pure and fresh with pears on the nose, followed by a tasty but mineral palate. Dangerously drinkable!
