  April 29, 2020 - Over the hill, but was okay. Some sweetness helped keep the overly stewed fruits at bay. Ripe but not insanely jammy, for a zin. Not delicate either.

  January 29, 2016 - Many thought this wine was past its time, so when I saw those notes, I made a point of drinking this wine this week. I was totally surprised to find the wine excellent!! I thought it had a lovely aroma of plums and berries, and the tannins were silky smooth.
  
  I had purchased my bottle directly from the winery and it has been stored carefully ever since. Not sure if that has made a difference, but it was still an excellent zin.

  March 25, 2015 - This wine has peaked and its on the downside, losing some of its fruit. Tasting more alcohol less fruit. Still drinkable with decanting but drink ASAP.
