  November 22, 2013 - Decanted for 15 minutes. Really flowered after 90 minutes, even better at two hours. When it opened up, it took on the classic favors of Tuscan terroir. Earthy mushrooms and herbs. Light red fruit. Long finish but unusual. It sits at the back of the tongue and fills the back of he mouth. Good blance. Very smooth. Light alcohoL, 12.5 ABV. more proof that patience works. It needed the 11 years.

  November 12, 2012 - Definitely old world, which I love! The flavors were all there, but because of the age, they were muted. If you have a bottle, I recommend drinking it now!

  March 14, 2011 - 30 minutes open before it's drinkable... a slight musty berry taste around the edges. still some fresh solid grape and berry notes. If you have any of this do not delay, have some for breakfast.
