May 27, 2011 - Just lovely Loire allure; cloudy yet light, cinnamon musky nose of Loire natural wine barnyard, but in a much lighter delivery and weight. Impressive but still VERY consistent with "natural" wine flavor profiles. Zach and I agreed it reminded us both of a Poulsard.

May 5, 2010 - Very unusal resinous nose - fennel, thyme, rosemary flavored pine come to mind. Maybe some V8. Acidity was quite strong on opening but with time some bright red fruits came in. Drank with a fried chicken breast sandwich and potato fries. Good match, the food quenched the acidity. Corked and refridgerated overnight with no loss in the nose. Palate is bit smoother. Man, the nose is striking.
