November 17, 2013 - Tastes just like the 05 rhinefarm estate but much cheaper.

December 7, 2011 - Very similar to other bottles. Average. The nose seems pretty good, with blackberry and cassis featured prominently, however, nothing else in this wine is impressive. Relatively smooth, but there are some tannins that present themselves at the end which make this a bitter disappointment. I have low hopes for this improving with age. And for that, I am sorry, since I am sitting on 3 more bottles.

February 25, 2011 - Nice fruit, good tannins (well balaced, just enough) and as others have stated short finsih. A longer finish and this wine would have made a 90. Very nice for the price, another good woot.

February 3, 2011 - Tasted blind I would not guess this to be a cab, more like a blend. There is some earthiness and cherry, but pretty basic. ($13)

September 5, 2010 - Clear ruby red, not opaque, but some depth.
Good clean cab nose - not great perfume but nice.
Good fruit, smooth, tannins/acids in balance, cherry (perhaps dark cherry, and maybe a hint of chocolate and a layer of black pepper.
    Good length.

Wouldn't wait any longer, won't get any better.

May 28, 2010 - Dark ruby red. Fresh strawberry, raspberry, and warm leather on the nose. Plums, bing cherries, integrated oak, sweet tannins, a bit of heat, and a longish finish. Well done for a good price.

April 14, 2010 - Tannins are starting to mellow, amazing QPR on this wine, drinks like a $30++ bottle. Dark fruits, black berries, currants, blueberries. Can't wait to see how this wine changes more over time with the remaining bottles.

February 6, 2010 - I agree with many of the notes here: Jammy nose, oaky palate featuring red cherry/fruit, vanilla and a hint of herbs.

January 30, 2010 - Dark jammy fruits with a tart entry. Wet earth follows with a smooth finish that lingers slightly. Again, matches my palate perfectly so others may have a different opinion but a great wine if you can get your hands on it, and at only $15/botte when I bought it, I wish I had a case of it. Seen it selling anywhere from $15-$25.
